If you're traveling by car, head to Route 1, which is the main highway running through Mid Coast Maine. From anywhere in the area, follow signs for Route 1 North towards Boothbay. Once you approach Boothbay, look for the signs for Route 27 South. Continue on Route 27 for approximately 4 miles. You will see signs for the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens. Turn left onto Botanical Gardens Drive, where you will find the entrance to the gardens at 105 Botanical Gdns Dr, Boothbay, ME 04537.

Public Transportation
If using public transportation, check the local bus schedule for the Downeast Transportation bus service, which connects various towns in the Mid Coast area. Take the bus to Boothbay, and get off at the Boothbay Common stop. From there, you can either walk or take a taxi to the gardens. If walking, head south on Route 27 for about 1.5 miles; look for the Botanical Gardens Drive on your left. Follow the drive to the entrance at 105 Botanical Gdns Dr, Boothbay, ME 04537.
