Car
If you are driving from Bar Harbor, start by heading south on Main St toward West St. Continue straight onto Eden St (Route 3) for about 2.5 miles. As you approach Acadia National Park, keep an eye out for Park Loop Road on your left. Turn onto Park Loop Rd, and follow the road for approximately 1.5 miles. Look for the Gorham Mountain Trailhead parking area on your left. Please note that there is an entrance fee for Acadia National Park; as of 2023, it is $30 per vehicle, valid for 7 days.

To reach Gorham Mountain Trailhead via public transportation, you can take the Island Explorer Bus, which operates during the summer months.
