You will see signs for Fort Williams Park on your right. Turn into the park entrance, which is located at 1000 Shore Road, Cape Elizabeth, ME 04107. There is no entrance fee for the park. Once inside, follow the signs to the lighthouse.

    To reach Fort Williams Park via public transportation, start at the nearest bus stop in Portland Head Light. Take the South Portland bus (Metro Bus Route 21). Ride the bus for approximately 20 minutes until you reach the Cape Elizabeth-South Portland bus stop. From there, you will need to walk about 0.5 miles to the park entrance at 1000 Shore Road. Be sure to check the bus schedule for the latest timings. A one-way fare is approximately $2.00.

    If you prefer to walk or bike from Portland Head Light, take Shore Road heading southwest. It's a scenic route that takes about 30 minutes on foot or 10-15 minutes by bike.
