    If you are in South Portland, head to the South Portland Bus Terminal located at 100 Thompson's Point Road. From there, take the Metro Bus Route 21 towards the Maine Mall. After about 15 minutes, you will need to transfer at the Maine Mall to the Metro Bus Route 1, which goes to Bath. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the Bath City Hall stop. From City Hall, walk north on Front Street and take a left onto Washington Street. The Maine Maritime Museum will be on your right at 243 Washington St.

    If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local shops in South Portland. Start at the Greenbelt Walkway near Willard Beach and head north. Follow the Greenbelt Trail until you reach the bridge over the Fore River. Once you cross the bridge, continue straight onto Route 1. After about 6 miles, you'll arrive in Bath. Turn right onto Washington Street, and the Maine Maritime Museum will be on your left at 243 Washington St.
