From the main entrance of Liwonde National Park, head southeast on the M1 highway towards Zomba. Continue on this road for approximately 50 kilometers. Once you reach the town of Zomba, look for signs indicating Williams Falls, which is located near the M842 road. You will need to take a left turn onto M842 and follow it for about 5 kilometers. The falls will be indicated by signs along the way. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for the road conditions, as some areas may have rough patches.

To reach Williams Falls via public transportation, first take a minibus from Liwonde to Zomba. The fare is typically around 1,500 MWK. Once in Zomba, you can find a local taxi or a shared taxi (usually called 'kabaza') that can take you to the falls. The taxi fare from Zomba to Williams Falls is approximately 3,000 MWK. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey.
