Keep an eye out for local signposts directing you to Maria Falls. The path may be a bit steep, so be prepared for a short hike. As you walk, enjoy the lush surroundings and listen for the sound of the falls. After approximately 3 kilometers, you will reach Maria Falls, which is a stunning natural attraction.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle in Zomba and start your journey by heading towards the Zomba Plateau. Cycle south on the main road until you reach Kuchawe Inn. From there, continue along the same road, watching for signs that indicate the direction to Maria Falls. The terrain can be hilly, so be prepared for some uphill cycling. The total distance is about 3 kilometers, and you should be able to reach the falls in about 15-20 minutes, depending on your cycling speed.
