Walking
If you are starting from the center of Mangochi, head south on the main road (M5) towards the lakeshore. Walk for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the Mangochi Bus Station. Turn left at this intersection and continue walking straight for approximately another 10 minutes. You will see the Commonwealth War Graves on your right, marked with a sign. The graves are located at the coordinates G788+VG3.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Mangochi. Start from the town center and pedal south on the M5 road towards the lake. After about 15 minutes, look for the intersection that leads to the Mangochi Bus Station. Turn left at this intersection and continue on the road for approximately 10 minutes. The Commonwealth War Graves will be on your right-hand side. Be cautious of traffic while cycling.
Local Transportation (Boda Boda)
To reach the Commonwealth War Graves, you can take a boda boda (motorcycle taxi). From the center of Mangochi, inform the driver that you want to go to the Commonwealth War Graves.
