If you are traveling by car, start from the main road that runs through Mulanje Massif. From the Mulanje town center, take the road towards the Likhubula area. Continue driving for about 12 kilometers (approximately 30 minutes) until you reach the Likhubula Forest Reserve entrance. From there, follow the signs to Likhubula Forest Lodge, which is located within the reserve. There is no entry fee for the reserve, but it's advisable to have a map or GPS for navigation.

Public Transportation
To reach Likhubula Forest Lodge via public transport, first take a minibus from Mulanje town to Likhubula. The minibuses are frequent and cost around 500 MWK (Malawi Kwacha). Once you arrive in Likhubula, you will need to walk about 2 kilometers to the lodge. Look for signs directing you to the Likhubula Forest Lodge. If you have difficulty finding your way, locals are usually friendly and can help guide you.

If you are already in the Likhubula area and prefer to walk, head towards the Likhubula Forest Reserve entrance. It is approximately a 30-minute walk from the village center.
