From Mulanje Massif, head southwest on the M1 road towards Blantyre. After approximately 30 kilometers, take the exit for the M5 road towards Chikwawa. Continue on the M5 for around 25 kilometers until you reach the turnoff for Majete Wildlife Reserve. Follow the signs, turning onto a gravel road that leads directly into the reserve.
