Car
If you are traveling by car, start from Zomba City. Head southeast on M3 for about 10 kilometers. Look for signs directing you toward Williams Falls. You will arrive at a small parking area near the falls. Please note that there may be a small parking fee of approximately 500 MKW.
Public Transportation
Take a minibus from Zomba City to the nearest stop for Williams Falls. Look for a minibus heading towards Machinga or Zomba Plateau. The fare is usually around 300 MKW. Once you get off at the designated stop, you will need to walk about 2 kilometers to reach the falls. Follow the dirt path and look for a small bridge where local vendors sell minerals. This will lead you to the entrance of Williams Falls.
Walking
If you are already in the vicinity of Williams Falls, you can walk to the falls from Zomba City. Head southeast for about 6 kilometers along the M3 road. After about 2 kilometers, follow the dirt path leading to the falls. Be prepared for a short hike and wear comfortable shoes.
