If you're driving from Genting Highlands to Kuala Lumpur Railway Station, start by taking the road down from Genting Highlands towards the Genting Sempah Tunnel. Follow the signs for Kuala Lumpur. Once you exit the tunnel, continue on the E1 highway towards Kuala Lumpur. After approximately 50 kilometers, take the exit toward Jalan Tun Razak. Continue on Jalan Tun Razak and follow the signs to Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin. The railway station will be on your left at 110, Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin, Kampung Attap, Kuala Lumpur. Parking is available at the station, but it may incur parking fees.

To reach Kuala Lumpur Railway Station using public transport, take the bus from the Awana Bus Terminal in Genting Highlands. Look for buses heading to Kuala Lumpur (e.g., Unititi Express or others). The journey takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the Pudu Sentral Bus Terminal in Kuala Lumpur, exit the terminal and find the nearby MRT or LRT station. You can take the MRT from Pudu to the Masjid Jamek station and then transfer to the LRT towards KL Sentral. From KL Sentral, it's a short walk to the Kuala Lumpur Railway Station. The bus fare ranges from RM 35 to RM 45.
