If you are driving from Genting Highlands, start by taking the road that leads down from the resort. Follow the signs leading towards Kuala Lumpur. The drive will take approximately 1 hour depending on traffic. Once you reach Kuala Lumpur, merge onto Jalan Tun Razak, then take a left onto Jalan Perdana. The Royal Malaysia Police Museum will be on your left at 5, Jalan Perdana, Tasik Perdana. Be aware of parking fees which may apply in the area.

For those using public transportation, take the bus from Genting Highlands to Kuala Lumpur. The bus ride will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. Once you arrive at the Pudu Sentral bus terminal in Kuala Lumpur, exit the terminal and look for the MRT or LRT stations nearby. You can take the MRT to the KL Sentral station. From KL Sentral, transfer to the KTM Komuter and head towards the Batu Caves station. Get off at the Kampung Baru station. From there, you can either take a taxi or walk to the museum, which is about a 15-minute walk away. Make sure to check the bus schedules for return times.
