Car
If you are driving, start your journey by taking the nearest major highway towards Kuala Lumpur. From Selangor, you can access the LATAR Expressway (E25) or the North-South Expressway (E1). Follow the signs towards Kuala Lumpur. Once you reach the city, take the Jalan Damansara exit. After exiting, continue straight on Jalan Damansara. Jabatan Muzium Malaysia will be on your right-hand side. There is parking available nearby, but keep in mind that parking fees may apply.

Public Transportation - Train
To reach Jabatan Muzium Malaysia using public transportation, take the KTM Komuter train to KL Sentral station. From KL Sentral, transfer to the MRT Sungai Buloh-Kajang line and get off at the MRT Semantan station. Once you exit the station, you can take a short taxi ride or walk approximately 20 minutes to reach Jabatan Muzium Malaysia located on Jalan Damansara.

Public Transportation - Bus
You can also take a bus from various locations in Selangor to Kuala Lumpur. Look for buses that head towards KL Sentral. Once you arrive at KL Sentral, you have the option to either walk to Jabatan Muzium Malaysia (approximately 30 minutes) or take a taxi from there. If you choose to walk, exit KL Sentral and head towards Jalan Damansara, following the road signs.
