From the heart of Little India, head east on Jalan Masjid Kapitan Keling towards Jalan Dato' Keramat. Continue straight for about 400 meters until you reach the junction with Chulia Street. Turn left onto Chulia Street and walk for another 300 meters. The Georgetown UNESCO Historic Site is located at 159 Chulia St, which will be on your left side.

If you prefer to take a bus, head to the nearest bus stop on Jalan Masjid Kapitan Keling. Look for the Rapid Penang Bus service. You can take Bus 101, 102, or 103, which will take you to the vicinity of Chulia Street. Disembark at the stop 'Chulia Street' and walk about 100 meters back in the direction you came from. The Georgetown UNESCO Historic Site will be on your right at 159 Chulia St. The bus fare is approximately RM 1.40.
