If you are driving, start from the main entrance of Kinabalu National Park. Follow the main road through the park, keeping an eye out for the signs indicating the direction to Kemuncak Ramitan. The road will take you through beautiful scenery, so be cautious and enjoy the views. After approximately 15 minutes of driving, look for an unnamed road on your right; this is the road leading to Kemuncak Ramitan. Drive along this road for another 10 minutes until you reach the designated parking area.

Public Transportation
For those relying on public transport, take a bus from Kota Kinabalu to Ranau. Buses leave regularly from the bus terminal in Kota Kinabalu. The journey takes around 2 to 3 hours. Upon reaching Ranau, you will need to take a taxi or a local ride-sharing service to Kinabalu National Park. Request the driver to take you to the entrance of the park. Once at the entrance, you can either hike or arrange for a park vehicle to take you to Kemuncak Ramitan. The hike from the park entrance to Kemuncak Ramitan is approximately 30 minutes, so wear appropriate footwear and bring water.

If you are already within Kinabalu National Park and prefer hiking, begin at the main park entrance. From there, follow the designated trails leading towards Kemuncak Ramitan. The hike is moderate and will take approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your fitness level.
