If you are starting from the Kota Bharu Bus Station, head east on Jalan Sultan Ibrahim. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Jalan Hamzah. Turn right onto Jalan Hamzah, and walk until you reach the next major intersection. Here, take a left onto Jalan Pantai Cahaya Bulan. Continue walking for approximately 1.5 kilometers; you will pass several local shops and eateries along the way. Dataran Kijang will be on your right at PASAR CABANG 3 KEDAI BULOH, just before you reach the beach area.

Bicycle
If you prefer to rent a bicycle, you can do so at various rental shops around Kota Bharu. Start from the Kota Bharu Bus Station and cycle towards Jalan Sultan Ibrahim. Turn right onto Jalan Hamzah and then left onto Jalan Pantai Cahaya Bulan. The ride is around 2 kilometers, and it should take you about 10-15 minutes. Look for Dataran Kijang on your right as you approach the beach area at PASAR CABANG 3 KEDAI BULOH.

From the Kota Bharu Bus Station, take a local bus heading towards Pantai Cahaya Bulan. Buses are frequent, usually every 15-20 minutes. Inform the driver that you are going to Dataran Kijang or look for signs indicating the beach. The journey should take around 20-30 minutes.
