Walking
If you're starting from the Kota Bharu Central Market (Pasar Besar Kota Bharu), head southeast on Jalan Hamzah. After about 500 meters, you will reach the intersection with Jalan Sultan Ibrahim. Turn left onto Jalan Sultan Ibrahim and continue for about 300 meters until you see the iconic Sultan Ismail Petra Arch. From there, Al-Quran Rehal Park is just a short walk ahead on your right.

Public Transport (Bus)
From the Kota Bharu Central Market, you can take a local bus heading towards Jalan Pengkalan Chepa. Board any bus that passes through Jalan Sultan Ibrahim. Inform the driver that you want to get off near the Sultan Ismail Petra Arch. After disembarking, walk back about 200 meters towards Jalan Sultan Ibrahim, and Al-Quran Rehal Park will be on your right.

Bicycle Rental
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops near the Kota Bharu Central Market. Proceed southeast towards Jalan Hamzah and follow the same route as if walking, keeping to the left side of the road for safety. Upon reaching the intersection with Jalan Sultan Ibrahim, turn left and continue until you see the Sultan Ismail Petra Arch. Al-Quran Rehal Park will be just a short distance ahead on your right.
