If you are in the central area of Kota Bharu, start at the Kota Bharu Mall, which is a well-known landmark. Exit the mall and head south on Jalan Hamzah. Continue walking straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Jalan Sultan Yahya Petra. Turn left onto Jalan Sultan Yahya Petra and walk for another 200 meters. You will see the UTC building on your right. The Islamic Museum is located on the third floor of the UTC building. Look for the sign that directs you to the museum once you enter.

If you prefer to take the bus, locate the nearest bus stop and board any bus heading towards the Kota Bharu central area. Inform the bus driver you wish to get off at UTC.
