Walking
From the Kota Kinabalu Waterfront, head east along Jalan Tun Fuad Stephens towards Jalan Tanjung Lipat. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with Jalan Tanjung Lipat. Turn left onto Jalan Tanjung Lipat. Walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach Teluk Likas Beach, which will be on your right.

From the central bus terminal in Kota Kinabalu (Pasar Besar Kota Kinabalu), take bus number 5 or 7 heading towards Tanjung Aru. Inform the driver you want to get off at Likas. Once you arrive at the Likas stop, walk straight along Jalan Likas for about 500 meters, then turn right onto Jalan Tanjung Lipat. Continue walking for another 1 kilometer until you reach Teluk Likas Beach.
