If you are in the city center of Kota Kinabalu, head towards the waterfront. Start from the Gaya Street Sunday Market area, which is a popular spot for tourists. Walk towards the coast until you reach the Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal. The terminal is well signposted. Once you arrive at Jesselton Point, look for Lot C13, which is where the JSK Borneo Reef (JSK Counter) is located. It's right at the terminal, and you can ask any staff at the ferry terminal for directions if you need assistance.

You can take a local bus from various points in Kota Kinabalu. Look for buses that head towards the city center and get off at the nearest stop to the waterfront area. After getting off, walk towards Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal. Keep an eye out for the signs pointing to the terminal, and once you arrive, proceed to Lot C13 for the JSK Borneo Reef (JSK Counter).
