Walking
From the Kuching Waterfront, walk towards the north along the riverfront promenade until you reach the Main Bazaar. Continue straight until you reach the traffic lights at Jalan Tun Abang Haji Openg. Cross the road at the pedestrian crossing and turn right. Continue walking straight until you see the Sarawak Legislative Assembly Building on your left, just across the river. The building is situated at Pejabat Setiausaha, New Sarawak State Legislative Assembly Building, Petra Jaya.

Head to the nearest bus stop in Kuching, such as the one near the Kuching Waterfront. Take the bus number 2 or 3 heading towards Petra Jaya. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop for the Sarawak Legislative Assembly Building.
