Car
If you are traveling by car, start by heading towards the Langkawi Sky Bridge, which is located in the vicinity of Gunung Mat Cincang. From the main town of Kuah, take the Jalan Persiaran Putera road. Follow the signs towards the Langkawi Cable Car station, which is approximately a 30-minute drive from Kuah. Once you reach the cable car station, you can park your car in the designated parking area. Note that there is a parking fee of RM 5 for the day. After parking, purchase your cable car tickets for RM 55 (adults) and RM 40 (children) to ascend to the top of Gunung Mat Cincang. The cable car ride offers stunning views and takes about 15 minutes. Upon reaching the top, follow the signs to the Sky Bridge, which is a short walk away.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can take a local bus from Kuah to the cable car station. The bus service is available but may not be frequent, so check the schedule in advance. The fare is approximately RM 10 per person one way. Once you arrive at the cable car station, purchase your cable car tickets for RM 55 (adults) and RM 40 (children) to reach the top of Gunung Mat Cincang. After disembarking, follow the signs to the Langkawi Sky Bridge, which is a short walk from the cable car exit. Be sure to check the operating hours of the cable car before your visit, as it usually operates from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Taxi or Ride-Hailing Service
You can also opt for a taxi or a ride-hailing service like Grab to reach the Langkawi Sky Bridge. If you are in Kuah or another area in Langkawi, simply book a ride to 'Langkawi Cable Car.' The fare from Kuah to the cable car station is approximately RM 30-50, depending on your pickup location. Once you arrive at the cable car station, you can purchase your tickets for RM 55 (adults) and RM 40 (children) for the cable car ride. After enjoying the ride and the views, follow the signs to the Sky Bridge.
