Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start from the nearest major city, Ipoh. Take the North-South Expressway (E1) heading south. Exit at the Teluk Intan exit (Exit 154). Follow the signs to Teluk Intan, which will take you via Jalan Changkat Jong and Jalan Teluk Intan. Once you reach Teluk Intan, continue on Jalan Pasir Salak until you see signs for Anson Bridge. The bridge is located at the coordinates 4.0189781, 101.0356838, and you can park nearby.

• Public Transportation - Bus

  From major cities like Ipoh or Kuala Lumpur, take a bus to Teluk Intan. Several bus companies operate on this route, including Unititi and Transnasional. The bus ride will take approximately 2 to 3 hours, depending on traffic. Upon arrival at the Teluk Intan bus terminal, you can either walk or take a local taxi to Anson Bridge, which is about 2 km away from the terminal. A taxi ride will cost approximately RM10.

• Public Transportation - Train

  If you are near a train station, consider taking a train to Ipoh. From Ipoh, you can catch a bus to Teluk Intan as described above. Alternatively, upon arriving in Teluk Intan, take a local taxi to Anson Bridge, which is approximately 2 km from the bus terminal. The taxi fare will be around RM10.

• Walking

  If you are already in Teluk Intan, you can walk to Anson Bridge from the town center. Head south on Jalan Pasir Salak, and follow the road signs to the bridge. It will take you around 20-30 minutes to reach the bridge on foot, and you can enjoy the local scenery along the way.
