If you're driving, head towards Bukit Bendera in Penang. From George Town, take Jalan Macalister and then Jalan Bukit Bendera. Follow the signs towards Penang Hill. Once you reach the base station, you can park your car nearby. Note that parking may incur a fee, so be prepared for that. After parking, take the funicular train that will take you to the top of Penang Hill, where the Penang Hill Gallery @ Edgecliff is located. The train ride takes about 5-10 minutes.
