If you are driving, head towards Ayer Itam. From George Town, take Jalan Ayer Itam (Route 6) and follow the signs to Bukit Bendera. Once you reach the base station of the Penang Hill funicular railway, you can park your car in the designated parking area. The parking fee is approximately RM2. From the base station, purchase a ticket for the funicular train ride to the Viewing Deck. The ticket price is around RM30 for adults and RM15 for children. The train ride will take you directly to the top.

To reach the Viewing Deck using public transportation, you can take a Rapid Penang bus. Board bus number 201 or 203 from George Town to Ayer Itam. The fare is approximately RM2.
