If you are traveling by car, start from Kuala Terengganu and head south on the Kuala Terengganu-Kemaman Highway (Route 3). Continue to follow Route 3 for about 70 km. Once you reach the town of Chukai, look for signs directing you to Kemaman Zoo & Recreation Park. The zoo is located at Majlis Perbandaran Kemaman, Kampung Tabuan, which is just a few kilometers from Chukai town. There is ample parking available at the zoo. Note that fuel costs will vary depending on your vehicle's consumption.

To reach Kemaman Zoo & Recreation Park via public transportation, take a bus from Kuala Terengganu to Chukai. Buses operate frequently from the main bus terminal in Kuala Terengganu. Once you arrive at Chukai bus station, you can take a local taxi or a ride-sharing service to Kemaman Zoo & Recreation Park, which is about 5 km away. Taxi fares should be negotiated but expect to pay around RM 10-15 for this short ride.
