Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from the Hulhumalé Central Park, head southeast on Ameeru Ahmed Magu towards the main road (Boduthakurufaanu Magu). After about 300 meters, turn left onto Boduthakurufaanu Magu. Continue walking straight for approximately 1 kilometer, passing by several shops and local eateries. When you reach the intersection with the main road, look for signs directing you towards the airport or nearby guesthouses. Contento Retreat is located at the address 6G6V+P8H, which is just a short distance from the main road. Keep an eye out for the guesthouse signage as you approach the area.

• Bicycle

  For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Hulhumalé. Start from the Hulhumalé Central Park and head southeast on Ameeru Ahmed Magu towards the main road. Once you reach Boduthakurufaanu Magu, turn left. Cycle straight for about 1 kilometer, enjoying the local scenery. As you approach the main road intersection, look for the direction signs towards Contento Retreat, which is located at 6G6V+P8H. The guesthouse should be easily visible from the road.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  While public buses may not operate directly to Contento Retreat, you can board a bus from the Hulhumalé bus station heading towards Malé. Get off at the nearest bus stop when you see signs for the area of 6G6V+P8H. From there, it’s about a 10-minute walk. Head east towards Boduthakurufaanu Magu and turn left. Walk straight until you see the signs for Contento Retreat. Make sure to check the bus schedules as they vary throughout the day.
