Walking
From the Valletta City Gate, walk southeast along Republic Street, then turn right onto Merchants Street. Continue towards the Lower Barrakka Gardens, following signs for the Grand Harbour. The gardens will be on your left, offering views of the Siege Bell Memorial. This walk is approximately 10 minutes.
Public Transport
Take any bus route that stops at the Valletta Bus Terminus. From the terminus, walk towards the city center and follow the signs for the Grand Harbour and Lower Barrakka Gardens. Several bus lines, including 133, 46, 52, 62, and 93, stop near the gardens. A single journey bus ticket costs €2.50 during the summer (mid-June to mid-October).
