Car
From Blue Grotto, head east on Triq Il-Gardiel toward Triq Il-Qsajjen. After about 1 km, turn right onto Triq It-Tempesta. Continue for approximately 2 km. Il-Maqluba will be on your left-hand side, just past the junction with Triq Il-Qrendi. Look for the entrance to the site, which may have signage indicating Il-Maqluba.
Public Transportation
From Blue Grotto, walk to the nearest bus stop on Triq Il-Gardiel. Take Bus 71 towards Valletta. After about 15 minutes, get off at the Qrendi stop. From there, walk approximately 1.5 km northeast on Triq Il-Qrendi, then turn left onto Triq It-Tempesta. Il-Maqluba will be located on your right-hand side after about 300 meters. Please check the local bus schedule for the most accurate times and fares.
Walking from Blue Grotto
If you prefer to walk from Blue Grotto, head northeast on Triq Il-Gardiel. After about 1 km, continue onto Triq It-Tempesta. It's a scenic walk that will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and carry water, especially during warmer months.
