From Blue Grotto, head east on the main road. Continue straight for approximately 10 km until you reach the roundabout at St. Paul's Bay. Take the second exit to stay on the main road. Follow the signs for St. Paul's Bay. After about 2 km, follow the signs directing you to the Punic caves. The parking area is located nearby, and it's usually free. The caves are a short walk from the parking area.

From Blue Grotto, walk to the nearest bus stop and board the bus heading to Valletta. After reaching Valletta, transfer to bus number 41 or 42, which goes to St. Paul's Bay.
