Walking
From Senglea's city center, The Little Bastion is easily reachable on foot. Head towards the waterfront and follow Triq Il-31 ta' Marzu. The restaurant is located within the Cugó Gran Macina Malta, next to the Valletta Ferry Service Cospicua Stop. Walking allows you to appreciate Senglea's architecture and harbor views.
Public Transport
If arriving by bus from Valletta, take bus lines 1, 2, 3, or 4 to the 'Isla' bus stop. From there, walk along the waterfront, following Triq Il-31 ta' Marzu until you reach the Cugó Gran Macina Malta. Alternatively, take the Valletta Ferry from Lascaris Wharf in Valletta to Cospicua (Bormla). The ferry costs €2 for a one-way trip and takes approximately 15 minutes. Upon arrival at the Cospicua Dockyard Creek, The Little Bastion is a short walk away, adjacent to the ferry landing.
Taxi/Ride-Share
Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available throughout Malta. Provide the driver with the address: Triq Il-31 ta' Marzu, Xatt Juan B. Azopardo, L-Isla, Senglea. A taxi from Valletta to Senglea typically costs around €15-€20 and takes approximately 12 minutes. Note that traffic may affect the fare. Parking near the Cugó Gran Macina Malta is limited to street parking.
