    Getting There

    Car

    From Fawwara Area, head north on Triq il-Knisja towards Triq il-Gardiel. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Triq il-Wied, which will lead you onto the main road towards Valletta. Follow the signs for Valletta. Upon entering Valletta, you will reach a series of one-way streets. Keep left and follow Republic Street, which will take you directly to St. George’s Square. Parking is limited in Valletta, so be prepared to park at designated areas and walk to the square. Expect parking fees ranging from €1 to €4 per hour depending on the area.

    Public Transportation

    To reach St. George’s Square via public transport from Fawwara Area, you can take bus routes 56 or 57. Head to the nearest bus stop and wait for the bus. The journey to Valletta will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Valletta terminal, exit the bus and walk towards Republic Street. Continue walking straight until you reach St. George’s Square. The bus fare is approximately €2 for a single journey, and you can purchase tickets directly from the bus driver or use a Tallinja card.

    If you are close to central Fawwara, you can also opt to walk to St. George’s Square. Start by heading towards Triq il-Knisja and follow it to the main road.
