The gardens also host the statue of Enea, created by the Italian sculptor, Ugo Attardi.From the Lower Barrakka Gardens, visitors can enjoy panoramic views of Fort Ricasoli, Bighi Palace, Fort St. Angelo, and the creeks of Birgu and Kalkara. The Siege Bell War Memorial is also visible from this vantage point. The gardens themselves are adorned with vibrant flowers, lush greenery, and shaded pathways, providing a peaceful escape from the bustling city.The gardens are open daily from 7:00 to 22:00 and entrance is free. A snack bar is located just outside the gardens.
