The gardens also host the statue of Enea, created by the Italian sculptor, Ugo Attardi.From the Lower Barrakka Gardens, visitors can enjoy panoramic views of Fort Ricasoli, Bighi Palace, Fort St. Angelo, and the creeks of Birgu and Kalkara. The Siege Bell War Memorial is also visible from this vantage point.
