Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the central area of Gzira, head towards the waterfront along the main road, Triq Gzira. Continue straight until you reach the Tigne Point area. From there, you will see the Sliema Promenade ahead. Cross the road at the pedestrian crossing towards the promenade. Once on the promenade, turn to your left and walk along the waterfront. The Sliema Promenade is a beautiful stretch along the coast, and you will reach Tower Road (WG53+GW8) in approximately 15-20 minutes on foot.

  • Bus

    From Gzira, you can take bus number 13 or 14 from the bus stop located on Triq Gzira. Board the bus and remain on until you reach the Sliema Ferries stop. The journey takes about 10-15 minutes. Once you disembark, head towards the waterfront and follow the signs to the Sliema Promenade. It’s a short walk from there, taking approximately 5 minutes to reach Tower Road.

  • Ferry

    You can take a ferry from the Gzira Ferry Terminal to Sliema. The terminal is located just a short walk from the center of Gzira. Once at the terminal, buy a ticket for the ferry heading to Sliema. The ferry ride takes about 10 minutes. Once you arrive at the Sliema Ferry Terminal, walk straight towards the promenade, and turn right. Continue walking along the waterfront for about 5 minutes until you reach Tower Road.
