Walking
From Gzira, head south towards the seafront promenade (known as the Gzira Promenade). Walk along the promenade towards the direction of Sliema. Keep walking until you reach the end of the promenade, where you will see a large ferry terminal on your left. Continue walking straight until you reach the entrance of the Valletta ferry terminal. Take the ferry to Valletta, which will give you a scenic view of the harbor. Once you arrive at the Valletta ferry terminal, exit and head towards the main city entrance, known as City Gate. Once you pass through the gate, walk straight up Republic Street until you reach the intersection with Strait Street. Turn left onto Strait Street, and you will find yourself in the notable street of Valletta.

From Gzira, locate the nearest bus stop on Triq il-Kbira (the main road). Take any bus heading towards Valletta. The buses are frequent, so you won't have to wait long. The bus ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Valletta bus terminal, exit the bus and walk towards the main entrance of Valletta, known as City Gate. From City Gate, proceed straight along Republic Street until you reach the intersection with Strait Street. Turn left onto Strait Street, and you will arrive at your destination.
