Start at the Gzira waterfront promenade. Walk along the promenade towards the direction of Sliema. You will pass several cafes and shops. Continue walking until you reach the end of the promenade where you will see a large ferry terminal. From the terminal, head towards the bus stop and board the bus number 13 or 23 towards Valletta. The bus ride will take about 20 minutes. Get off at the 'Republic Street' stop in Valletta. From there, walk along Republic Street until you reach the Upper Barracca Gardens, which is located at the end of the street. The gardens offer stunning views of the Grand Harbour.
