If you're traveling by car from the Harbour Area, head southeast on Triq il-Luzzu towards Triq il-Bajja. Continue straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Triq San Pawl and follow the signs towards Ghajnsielem. After approximately 3 km, turn left onto Triq Pjazza Madonna Ta' Loreto. The Ghajnsielem Parish Church will be on your right at Pjazza Madonna Ta' Loreto. There is limited parking available near the church.

To reach Ghajnsielem Parish Church using public transportation, start by locating the nearest bus stop in the Harbour Area. Take bus number 1 or 2 towards Victoria. The journey will take about 30 minutes, and the fare is approximately €1.50. Get off at the 'Ghajnsielem' bus stop. From there, it is a short walk of about 5 minutes. Head southwest on Triq il-Luzzu, then turn right onto Triq Pjazza Madonna Ta' Loreto. The church will be visible at Pjazza Madonna Ta' Loreto.
