From the center of Marsa, head towards the nearest bus stop labeled 'Marsa'. Catch any bus heading towards Valletta. The bus ride will take around 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Valletta bus terminal, exit the terminal and head towards the main entrance of Valletta. Walk straight through the main gate and continue along Republic Street. After a short walk, take a left onto Old Theatre Street. Teatru Manoel will be on your right.

Get off the bus and proceed towards the main gate of Valletta. Once inside, walk straight through Republic Street until you reach Old Theatre Street. Turn left onto Old Theatre Street, and you will find Teatru Manoel on your right.
