If you are already in Marsamxett Harbour, start by heading towards the main road, Triq San Pawl. Walk towards the direction of Valletta. As you approach the city, you will see a set of stairs leading up to the Upper Barracca Gardens. Take the stairs up and continue walking straight until you reach the Lower Barracca Gardens, which is located at 'Lvant, Il-Belt Valletta'. This walk should take approximately 15-20 minutes.
