Car
If you are traveling by car from Marsamxett Harbour, start by heading towards the main road, Triq il-Kbira. Follow this road until you reach the roundabout at the end of the street. Take the second exit onto Triq Sant'Elmo and continue straight. After about 1.5 km, merge onto Triq il-Bajja and follow the signs for Mellieħa. As you approach Mellieħa, look for W8RJ+MCX on your GPS, which is the address for the Rock Cut Observation Post. There is usually parking available near the site.
Public Transportation
To reach the Rock Cut Observation Post via public transport, walk to the nearest bus stop at Marsamxett Harbour. Take bus number 41 or 42 towards Mellieħa. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the 'Mellieħa' stop, which is close to the main town. From there, you can either walk (about 20 minutes) or take a taxi to W8RJ+MCX. The walk involves heading north on Triq il-Kbira and then following local signs towards the Rock Cut Observation Post.
