From Marsamxett Harbour, get onto the main road, Triq Sant'Elmo, heading towards Valletta. Follow the signs for Valletta, and continue until you reach the St. Elmo Bridge. There is limited parking available near the bridge, so be prepared to park in nearby streets or designated parking areas. Note that parking in this area may incur fees.

From Marsamxett Harbour, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Triq Il-Livorn. Take bus number 133 or 134 towards Valletta. The journey takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Get off at the stop called 'Valletta - City Gate'. From there, walk towards the St. Elmo Bridge, which is about a 10-minute walk straight ahead. Follow the path that leads you to the waterfront, and you'll see the fortification as you approach.

If you prefer to walk from Marsamxett Harbour, exit the harbour area and head towards the main road, Triq Sant'Elmo.
