Walking
From the center of Marsaskala, head north towards Triq il-Korp Tal-Pijunieri. Continue walking straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq il-Karmnu, which will lead you straight towards the coastline. Follow the road until you reach the promenade. Turn left onto the promenade and continue walking along the coast. After approximately 30 minutes, you will reach a bus stop where you can catch the bus towards Valletta. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride. Once you reach Valletta, disembark at the stop near the Upper Barracca Gardens. From there, walk towards the Fort St. Elmo area, following the signs that lead to St. Elmo Bridge, which will take you about 10 minutes.

Start at the main bus stop in Marsaskala, located near Triq il-Korp Tal-Pijunieri. Look for bus number 81 or 82, which will take you directly to Valletta. The bus ride typically takes around 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Valletta, get off at the stop near the Upper Barracca Gardens. From there, follow the signs towards Fort St. Elmo. It’s a 10-minute walk to St. Elmo Bridge, where you can enjoy the stunning views and rich history of the area.
