Bus
To get to Valletta from Marsaskala, start by walking to the nearest bus stop, which should be the one on Triq il-Knisja. Catch the bus number '81' or '82' heading towards Valletta. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Valletta bus terminal, you will be right at the entrance of the city. From there, you can easily explore the landmarks on foot.
Walking
If you prefer to walk, you can start from the Marsaskala waterfront. Head northwest along the coast towards the town of Żabbar. Once you reach Żabbar, you will find signs directing you to Valletta. The walk is about 7 kilometers and will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Make sure to follow the coastal road for beautiful views along the way.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can use a local taxi or ridesharing service. Simply find a taxi stand or use a rideshare app at your location in Marsaskala. Request a ride to Valletta, and you should arrive in about 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic.
