From Mdina, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located at the entrance of the city near the Rabat area. Look for bus numbers 51, 52, 53, or 58, which travel towards Ta Qali. Board the bus and stay on until you reach the 'Ta Qali' stop. The journey will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you get off at Ta Qali, follow the signs for Ta Qali Petting Farm, which is a short walk from the bus stop.

If you're feeling adventurous and want to walk, you can exit Mdina through the main gate and head towards Rabat. Walk along the main road (Triq ir-Rihan) towards Ta Qali. The distance is roughly 3 kilometers, and it will take about 40-50 minutes on foot. As you walk, enjoy the views of the countryside. Once you reach Ta Qali, follow signs to the petting farm, which is located within the Ta Qali area.
