Walking
If you find yourself at the Mdina Main Gate, enter the gate and walk straight along the Triq Villegaignon. Continue walking for about 5 minutes until you reach the end of the street, where it opens up into a larger square. You will notice the impressive Mdina Cathedral on your left. From here, turn right onto Triq San Pawl. After a short walk, keep an eye out for a small alley on your left that leads towards the Palazz Vilhena. Follow the signs, and you will soon see the entrance to Palazz Vilhena on your left.
Walking
Starting from the Mdina Ditch (the scenic promenade surrounding Mdina), head towards the entrance of the city at the Main Gate. Once you enter, proceed to Triq Villegaignon. Walk straight for about 5 minutes until you arrive at the square with the Mdina Cathedral. Turn right onto Triq San Pawl. You will find the alley leading to Palazz Vilhena on your left shortly after.

If you are near St. Paul's Cathedral, exit the cathedral grounds and head towards Triq Villegaignon. Walk down the street until you reach the square. Turn right onto Triq San Pawl and look for the alley on your left that leads to Palazz Vilhena.
