Walking
From the Mdina Gate, head straight down Triq Sant' Agatha. Continue walking until you reach the end of the street. At the end, turn left onto Triq il-Wied. Follow this road as it curves and leads you towards the outskirts of the town. Keep an eye out for the signs indicating the direction to Nadur. You will eventually reach a path leading to the countryside, where you will find Tal-Mixta Cave. The walk should take approximately 30-40 minutes.

From Mdina, walk to the nearest bus stop located at the entrance of the city, near the Mdina Gate. Take the bus heading towards Nadur. The bus ride will take about 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive in Nadur, ask the driver to let you off at the nearest stop to Tal-Mixta Cave.
