From the main entrance of Mdina, walk towards the main square, known as the 'Pjazza San Publiju'. Continue straight through the square, passing the stunning St. Paul's Cathedral on your right. After about 15 minutes, you will come across a sign for Għajn Ħammiem which will direct you to take a left onto a smaller path.
