If you are starting from the Mdina Main Gate, head straight along the main road, Triq Villegaignon. Continue walking for about 5 minutes until you reach the small square known as Pjazza San Publiju. From there, take the right path leading to Triq Mesquita. Follow this road for another 3 minutes, and you will see the grand entrance to the Mdina fortress on your right.
