Getting There

Walking
Start at the Mgarr bus stop. Exit the bus and head south on Triq il-Lokk. At the end of the road, turn left onto Triq San Bartolomew. Continue straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Triq il-Kbira, which will lead you towards Għarb. Follow the road until you see signs for the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Blessed Virgin of Ta' Pinu. The shrine is located on Ta' Pinu Road, which will be on your left.

Bus
From Mgarr, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Triq il-Lokk. Take bus route 302 towards Għarb. The journey will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the Għarb bus stop. From there, walk straight down Triq il-Kbira until you see the signs directing you to the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Blessed Virgin of Ta' Pinu. The shrine is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop along Ta' Pinu Road.

Bicycle
If you have a bicycle, start from Mgarr and head south on Triq il-Lokk. Continue on Triq San Bartolomew for about 1.5 km. At the roundabout, take the second exit to Triq il-Kbira. Follow the road towards Għarb, and keep an eye out for signs for the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Blessed Virgin of Ta' Pinu. The shrine is located on Ta' Pinu Road to your left, and you can access it via a dedicated bike path.
