From the Northern Region, head south on the main road (Triq il-Kanal) towards the ferry terminal. Follow the signs to Cirkewwa where you will board the ferry to Gozo. The ferry ride takes about 25 minutes and costs approximately €4.65 per person for a return trip. Once you arrive at Mgarr Harbour in Gozo, follow the signs to Victoria (also known as Rabat). This drive will take about 30 minutes. Once in Victoria, follow the signs for Cittadella; it is located in the heart of the city and is easily accessible.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From the Northern Region, take a bus to the Cirkewwa ferry terminal (Bus Route 41 or 42). Upon arrival at the ferry terminal, purchase your ticket for the ferry to Gozo (cost is approximately €4.65 for a return). After crossing to Mgarr Harbour, catch the bus to Victoria (Bus Route 301, 302, or 303). The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Victoria, follow the signs or ask locals for directions to Cittadella, which is a short walk from the bus station.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from any location in the Northern Region to the Cirkewwa ferry terminal. The taxi fare will vary, so it's best to agree on a price before starting your journey. Once you arrive at the terminal, take the ferry to Gozo (cost is approximately €4.65 return). Upon arrival at Mgarr Harbour, you can take another taxi to Cittadella in Victoria, which will take around 30 minutes, or opt for local buses as described above.
